The Bit Hotel Lobby
Guests will be able to meet and chat with other players, compete on te list of various and ever-changing mini-games, and battle their way up the global leaderboard to earn in-game assets. You will be able to use your rooms to host small gatherings and as your own personal social hub, host mini-games (pvp and pve) and role-playing activities. DAOs and communities will have custom club houses in which they can host AMA's, join IDOs, have governance voting panels and other communal activities. Bit hotel offers users authenticity, anonymity, and the reminiscence of their 8-bit upbringing.
The Leaderboard
By competing in our mini-games, guests can earn in-game tickets and **$BTH**. The global leaderboard keeps track of all the winners and losers, the top positions will be awarded with valuable items and tokens that can help the progress their position in the Bit Hotel. # The Bit Hotel Token
The well-known native token of the Bit Hotel eco-system: $BTH
You probably have seen the purple currency icon multiple times in your journey to explore the bit Hotel. It is time we shine some light on the workings of this in-game currency. It's called Bit hotel token or $BTH and here's how it works.
$BTH is a blockchain based so-called BEP-20 currency solely used for the Bit Hotel Ecosystem. Holders can use $BTH to purchase native in-game items on the primary market ([shop](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/shop)), trade NFTs on the Bit Hotel [NFT marketplace](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/nft-marketplace), participate in [staking](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/staking), enter into tournaments and [mini-games](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/mini-games), and participate in Bit Hotel Governance proposals.
In order to get this currency in-game you need to do a few simple things: \

2\. Get a few dollars worth of so-called gas tokens (BNB)\
3\. Get $BTH itself.\

**Burning Mechanics of BTH**
A 3% transaction fee in $BTH is incurred when trading NFTs on the NFT marketplace, and when using Bit Hotel guests use the **Peer 2 Peer trading** functionality. Do note that 25% of this fee is burned, meaning taken out of the total supply of $BTH forever. Furthermore, a proportion of the proceeds from the NFT sales hosted on 3rd party platforms is bought back from the open market and burned too.

# Bit Hotel Tickets
Making the mini-games rewarding in a scalable manner
Bit Hotel Tickets are synthetic reward tokens for the Bit Hotel Ecosystem. Holders can use these tickets to purchase native NFT assets on the primary market. These tickets are provided as rewards for winning mini-games, through leaderboard rewards, completion of daily tasks and can be acquired with player to player trades.
Bit Hotel tickets have an inflationary supply, meaning that the more players join the Bit Hotel the more currency of these tickets there will be in the Bit Hotel eco-system. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as the way to spend them in the [Shop](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/shop) is intelligently capped to ensure rarities of in-game items and game economic values are ensured while the player-base grows. In other words, item quantities available with tickets are relative to the amount of daily active users, and prices are based on floor-prices on the secondary marketplace.\

The $TICKET currency will be on-chain shortly and have a full unlock at launch, with 1B token circulating supply.
Next to spending your tickets at the shop, more utilities are in the works. Ticket staking models are connected to the Bit Hotel Launchpad tiers for instance, offering both added utility to Bit Hotel Tickets and a stimulate reduction of the circulating supply for those participating in the launchpad sales.

# Rooms
Your own crib in the Bit Hotel, from studios to penthouses and in-between.
Bit Hotel Rooms are considered your central base in the Bit Hotel Metaverse. With over 13 different current room designs, at all price points; there is a suitable for room for every type of guest in the Bit Hotel. Guests should view their rooms as digital social hubs, a space to utilise their [furniture](/bit-hotel/asset-types-nfts/furniture), and of course the ultimate bragging rights! \
\
As a Bit Hotel NFT room holder, you truly own a piece of the Bit Hotel. You can create your own NFT galleries, auctions, casino, arcade hall, events, clubhouse and much much more! Another option is to become a Bit Hotel landlord, rent or sublet out your room using Bit Hotel's in-game on-chain renting and loaning technology; and allow someone else to leverage your room to start progress and rise in the Bit Hotel!
## Differences Between Rooms
In the Bit Hotel ecosystem, rooms differ on 4 critical variables: Design, Rarity, Tile amount and the amount of inviteable Guests.
Different designs allow guests with their various preferences to feel at home in their room. Some guests prefer to have rustic wooden tiles, and some classic marble tiles. Some prefer big windows and a chandelier, or a glorious jacuzzi set to be the showstopper of their parties! Room designs can be updated after purchase by switching out different floortiles, walls and furniture pieces. So don't get stuck up with one small detail in your room!
Higher rarity rooms are scarcer! The rarity of the room impacts the earnings of the room owner or tenant when subletted and when hostng mini-games. Games played in higher rarity rooms will amplify the earnings from the game. Furthermore owners will be able to ask higher rent, increased voting power in the Bit Hotel [decentralised governance model](broken://pages/yKfVZN6caDqKcX9I6kxz) and get access to higher allocations in the [Bit Hotel Launchpad](broken://pages/RPNEOtcXLTxYOwXNYgcV)! \

Rooms play a central role in the [Bit Hotel Staking Dashboard](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/staking), room owners can boost their APY by simply holding their room NFT in their wallet. Once the NFT leaves the wallet, the boost is automatically removed.
Tiles are an indication of the size of the room. The more tiles, the bigger the room, the more furniture guests can have in their room and the more utility it can contain. With bigger rooms you can host bigger events, with more attendants (guests), bigger NFT auctions, more massive gaming tournaments, and a bigger bed for when you have guests staying over \*wink wink\*! The amount of guests allowed at once will **drastically** go up on higher rarity rooms, athough exact numbers cannot be shared as of yet.\

Room owners can give different **roles** to the guests in their room to allow them different privileges. This comes in very handy when hosting events, tournaments or other meet-ups. Your Guests that have gained privileges will be able to gate-keep the room, allowing only those that for instance pay an entrance fee to enter and partake in your activities. While you as the room owner initiate the games and don't have to worry about the entrance you have delegated. ## Finding your rooms and those of friends
Hosting events in your room will make you as a room owner eligible for some extra exposure. How this works is more clearly shared in the [events ](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/events)section. Yet in summary making the most out of your room will enable you to be listed on the room directory, the menu all players use to navigate to what is going on in the Hotel. Being a curated room event allows all users to see what you're doing and fills up your room capacity quickly allowing you to make more money on entrance fees or other creative monetization methods you come up with.

# The Room Editor
Design your room to stand out, gate-keep, sublet faster and much, much more!
Once you are a rightful room owner or you have gotten assigned a role by a room owner you can customize the room exprience through the room editor. \
\
When standing in a room simply click the inventory icon and your NFT assets will appear. Select one and click an available tile in your room to place it. Once placed you will see a number of options appear that allow you to rotate and pick your furniture back up. Easy and straight-forward!

## Why Hotel Guests?
Have you ever played a game because of friends? Or started and kept playing because of the group you were playing with?
> We strongly believe that games are more fun with friends, and the people you meet through games can have a positive impact on your gaming experience in general.
This is why the hotel guest skins/characters are a central part of Bit Hotel. We want to embody the **social cooperative aspect of games** that make them so fun and give players the option to differentiate themselves from their friends. Giving players an ingame identity is therefore an essential value of the game. We want Bit Hotel to be a game you play for years, and which you want to keep playing because of the people you meet in-game as well as in the wider community.

## How do Hotel Guest NFT’s work exactly?
Let’s start at the beginning. The way to create and collect NFT items in Bit Hotel is through redeeming in-game tokens that you win by playing mini-games.
This makes mini-games important as the primary play-to-earn mechanism. Players who own a specific hotel guest NFT will be able to enjoy perks that make playing these mini-games more attractive. Everyone who redeems the in-game tokens won for NFT’s at the shop will earn more for the time invested in the game, in thr form of a **Play to Earn multiplier**.
Next to that, owning a Hotel Guest skin will also allow each player to participate in other exclusive in-game events and modes too, player hosted as well as official ones.
## What is the Difference between the Hotel Guests?
There are six rarities of Bit Hotel guests, with the primary differences between them being the number of NFT’s minted and the attractiveness of the perks in-game.
* **Common**** Rarity**: 300–500 minted, extra 1–3% of in-game tokens earned per game
* **Uncommon**** Rarity**: 100–200 minted, extra 3–6% of in-game tokens earned per game
* **Rare**** Rarity**: 50–60 minted, extra 7–10% of in-game tokens earned per game
* **Super Rare Rarity**: 20–40 minted, extra 11–15% of in-game tokens earned per game
* **Epic**** Rarity**: extra 16–20% of in-game tokens earned per game
* **Legendary**** Rarity**: Perks will only be known to the lucky few that will own them.
Bit Hotel also has a mini-game ranking and leaderboard. These have season-exclusive competitions with NFTs or token prizes for the top players. Some of these will be free for all, and others will **only be for people within the same tier** (e.g. “Bronze”). Ultimately this serves as another play-to-earn mechanism and allows Bit Hotel to distribute player rewards to players who are actively growing the game.
In principle, we don’t want Hotel Guest NFT’s to give individuals any progression advantage, but we do want to incentivise or reward those who are more invested into the game, whether that is monetarily or time-wise. Therefore you can expect extra utilities such as free mints, soul-bound token airdrops and more to holders of Character NFTs in the close future.
## How will Hotel Guest NFTs Evolve over Time?
We believe that the difference between Hotel Guests don’t come from their statistical differences but rather, **in how players choose to value them**.
First off — being a Epic or Legendary rarity guest is prestigious and important. Being a higher value Hotel guest is typically also desirable, and we expect the ‘best’ players will be attracted to play the less common hotel guests, who together compete in the top echelons of the leaderboards. We’re already beginning to see this with DAO’s and Guilds like *Yield Guild Games* and *Blackpool* purchasing higher tier NFT’s and recruiting for their teams. This means that large organized communities can step in and choose to change the "meta" of the game by sheer volume of players participating, devalue-ing certain assets and buying up others, changing the balance of the game.
Which is why the game is structured in a self-balancing fashion, wherein store items change in value based on floor prices on the secondary market. The social-cooperative nature of the game should create a positive experience for everyone. Some people may also purposely play in smaller but more ‘elite’ groups and host their own events, or just social gatherings others will want to play with anybody — it’s completely up to you! So go start that Mafia role-playing group and only let Dogefathers enter your clubhouse!
  
**So why are people spending $5k on a Bit Hotel guest NFT?**
Principally, Epic (or other high rarity) Hotel Guest NFT’s are NOT designed to create an uneven playing field for gameplay or progression.
Instead, they have meta and economic implications purely because of how players will socially interact with them, as to how important in-game items are in the Bit Hotel player-owned economy which could for instance be impacted by the distribution amounts of leaderboard rewards. Yet there are also monetary reasons for owning a character, namely the P2E Earnings bonus based on rarity.
Every rarity tier has a balanced yet worthwhile % boost to in-game earnings, making you ROI quicker when competing in the mini-games and giving you a headstart on acquiring all other types of assets in-game.
You can make your own conclusions about how this affects play-and-earn, as will the core-team while they continuously monitor and improve the game.

# Furniture
Arcade machines, statues, trophies, kitchen appliances, gaming computers and more!
Owning a room in Bit Hotel goes hand in hand with collecting furniture, designing your room and having guests over for interactive events, meet-ups, galleries, AMAs, role-playing, tournaments and more! But how does furniture work exactly? And how do you acquire these illusive pieces of furniture?\
\
To answer those questions and more you have to look at a number of different furniture types, [the shop](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/shop) and the [room builder.](/bit-hotel/asset-types-nfts/rooms/the-room-editor) As not all pieces of furniture are created equal! \
\
Different rarities, sizes, utilities and methods of acquiring make sure the floor-prices set by the community are constantly changing and new favorites will come up from time to time. Highly anticipated or popular items will be priced higher than others!
## Why Rarities Matter
As read on the NFT rarities section there are 6 different rarities in the Bit Hotel eco-system. Each rarity being a different color and indicating a next level of scarcity. Having a rarer furniture item will not only be prestigious and offer you access to bragging rights, it will also enable more utilities, more earnings (for functional furniture), more subletting revenue and more chances of getting free airdrops within the game.\
\
As from time to time the most ambitious and loyal players will be rewarded, owning higher rarity items will quite often gain you access to these exclusive rewards and bonuses. As items are stored on-chain finding and rewarding owners after a a snapshot is taken is quick and efficient.
## Functional Furniture
There are multiple classes of furniture in the range of collections currently live, one of which is functional furniture. This category allows users interactions with the furniture piece that is more sophisticated than a simple animation (such as sitting).
This category consists of items that let you initiate mini-games from the comfort of your Bit Hotel room, allow you to wager friends via matchmaking to play high-stakes mini-games in which the winner takes all, and to create fun player-designed experiences.\
\
Examples consist of the Arcade furniture line, which upon interaction launches a mini-game! One that gives the player and owner of the furniture increased earnings or likelihood to win if it is a chance-based game. Next to that there will be furniture pieces that you can interact with and have fun with while playing with friends in your room,without having to spawn into a mini-game.
## Permission-based Furniture
As noted in the Rooms category, the owner of a Room can assign **different roles** to his guests. This entails the delegation of a subset of different privileges to the people in the room, so that they can for instance:\
\
1\. Pick up and move furniture. (they can not steal it)\
2\. Open furniture gates, to let people through from one side to another side of the room.\
3\. Assign roles to other guests, without needing the room owner.\
4\. Initiate mini-games with furniture on the owner's behalf.
Wielding these privileges can **elevate the gamplay experience** significantly and stimulates team-work. This allows communities to operate large rooms, allowing different ranks of members to be able to join different parts of a community clubhouse.
## How to Acquire Furniture?
Furniture can be acquired in a multitude of activities! But most commonly players will find and get furniture in the [Shop](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/shop) inside of the game. Furniture has actually never been sold prior to release of the game, so the category is relatively rare on itself. Making it a sought-after set of items.

# Rarities and Characteristics
Why would one care about a higher rarity? Well here's the deal.
All in-game items fall under one of the **6 available rarities**, common-legendary. Next to the increasing levels of scarcity these rarities indicate the items within each category have unique perks.\
\
Some collections have have multiple rarities within the same collection, often indicated by **color**. Other collections are purely one rarity, such as a specific character in a season of Bit Hotel. In both cases the value, price and utilities gradually build up based on the rarity.
Rarities give rooms a bonus on the interest you earn via [staking](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/staking). While characters give you a boost to in-game earnings. Find more about these perks and their implications in their respective sections on the left.\

The main social hub inside the Bit Hotel
When first logging in after your sign-up you spawn in this large open area with a jazzy tune playing in the background. You walk over to a set of piccolo's and start a casual conversation full of excitement. Welcome to the Bit Hotel! The lobby is where all legends begin.
From the lobby you can access the rest of the Hotel, which includes an ever increasing number of rooms. We'll dive a bit deeper into each accesible section below.
## Room directory
If you move your character over to the elevator and click the button you'll enter into a room overview menu that allows you not only to access your own [rooms](/bit-hotel/asset-types-nfts/rooms), but to find all kinds of events and other rooms as well.
The room directory is a place where you can find the fun and exciting events going on in the Bit Hotel. Browse through the curated rooms, rooms which the Bit Hotel team hand-picked to be highlighted, or find a sponsored event at the top of the menu. If there's nothing interesting enough, browse through the public rooms section and join a stranger!
## The Taskboard
If you feel like you need a challenge simply stroll over to the [task-board](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/the-taskboard) and see what is available to conquer. From beating your friends in mini-games to meeting new strangers and making friends, the tasks on the board vary widely in nature.
Completing a streak of tasks every day allows you to open up a Loot box at the end of the week which allows you to get up to Epic rarity items!
## The Arcade
By entering the gameboy-themed entrance in the lobby you get transported to a new section of the Hotel: the Arcade! The place of nostalgic button-mashing and ticket-prizes!

# Leaderboard
Where the sweaty players hang out, the upper echelons of the competitive side of Bit Hotel.
If everything were easy, it wouldn't be as much fun. That's one thing that's certain!
Which is why Bit Hotel is structured to reward the most skilled and committed players the most! This is done through a tiered Leaderboard system that tracks your in-game performance and earnings.
Every season there will be a small subset of players reaching the top-tier and getting handsomely rewarded with tokens, rare to epic rarity NFTs, exposure on all socials and custom in-game badges.
## How do the Leaderboards work?
With multiple tiers and a scalable setup the leaderboards allow the truly skilled players to excel and shine, while the least active players and bots get more or less nothing. Effort and skill will be rewarded!
Now how does this work? Well the leaderboard conists of 5 different sections, the more sought after and competitive the section, the harder it is to get in. Here's an overview:
1. Top 5% Diamond
2. Top 15% Gold
3. Top 40% Silver
4. Top 75% Bronze
5. Top 100% Metal
All players start at the bottom, logically, where they will reside until they gain enough tickets to rise to Bronze. Which would be 25% more tickets than the absolute bottom of the board on average. **More clearly**: rising to bronze from metal would mean you would have more ickets than the average of the bottom 25% of players.
Now the difficulty level of attaining and protecting your spot in Diamond should be clear. Not an easy feat! And you might have guessed it by now, but every season the Bit Hotel Leaderboard will be reset, allowing new players to increase their chances to do well.
## How will rewards work in these tiers?
To make sure all players feel equally rewarded for their ranging level of effort in a season of Bit Hotel the leaderboards work in a **cumulative model**. What does this mean?
Being in the top 5% of players in a season will reward you as a player with all rewards that the tiers below you have acquired plus more. So to give an example, a Gold Tier player will acquire the token rewards that the tiers below them got (Bronze, Iron) PLUS an uncommon rarity NFT. Not a bad deal!
Bit Hotel is structured to invite e-sports tournaments, pro teams, guilds, DAOs and more to give it their best shot! The more competitive the more fun the eco-system will become!

# Mini-Games
The place to own some noobs, earn rewards and rank on the leaderboards!
Mini-games are the primary way to progress through the game. By competing against other players in public games and tournaments you do not only earn in-game currencies, you rank in the [leaderboards ](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/leaderboard)and complete daily and weekly [tasks ](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/the-taskboard)as well!
Mini-games come in different shapes and sizes and are not all created equal. There are different types of mini-games, some that you can play on your own, other that you will have to queue up for in a lobby. All however should reward you handsomely once you have build the skills to rank #1 from time to time.
## Ticket-based Mini-games
A whole range of fun multiplayer games reward the player's participating with Bit Hotel tickets. The first of these mini-games ever released is the [CryptoBomber ](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/mini-games/cryptobomber)game.
The ticket based mini-games are mostly skill-based and are dierctly connected to the leaderboards. Winning games or at least finishing in top positions will reward you while ending last willnet you little to no reward (to prevent bots from earning). More tutorials for mini-games will be added as new mini-games come out over time.
By ranking in the leaderboards you will earn BTH token rewards, making the ticket-based mini-games play-to-earn as well, in a meaningful way that allows e-sports events and tournaments to be rewarding.
## Token based mini-games
A second category of mini-games is the token based mini-games, which reward players for playing in $BTH token. To enter these mini-games an entrance fee or initial stake has to be used, meaning these games are not always free to play. The fees are in turn used to reward players for competing.
Token based mini-games will also be available in singleplayer as well as multiplayer variants and allow a player to earn a multitude of the tokens paid to enter the mini-game.
## Player-Owned Mini-games
Now to the exciting part, all mini-games that fall in the other categories as well as more unique mini-games will be hosted by players themselves through furniture and the creative use of room-based mechanics.
To be a bit more precise, room owners can use the room editor to set up different kinds of mini-games such as mazes, musical chairs, trivia quizzes with chat and many more. The sky is the limit basically and this category will most certainly become the most expansive and exciting category of mini-games inside of Bit Hotel.
Next to the using the room editor and social functionalities to run mini-games, furniture will also allow players to host games. Some of these will be playable by 1 player, others require your friends to participate or connect to a matchmaking server. One example of furniture based, player-owned mini-games fall in the arcade machine collection.

# CryptoBomber
CryptoBomber is the first Mini-Game released in the Bit Hotel. The goal of the game is to bomb your opponents while claiming as many tiles as possible. All within a 120 second timeframe.

Collected enough tickets or $BTH from your fallen enemies? Let's bring them to the [shop ](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/shop)and buy some goodies! All items will eventually be available in the shop and will be on rotation on a (bi)-weekly basis. This makes sure that not all rarities and items are available at all times, so spend your currency wisely!
At the shop you can products of all categories, some can only be bought with one of the two currencies, so make sure you stock up on both! Do note that only a fixed amount of items are available for sale every week!

# Events
The more Hotel guests join the merrier!
One of the most exciting and fun things to do in the Bit Hotel is to meet new people. And what better place to do this than somewhere at a cool event with many others present! This is where events come in, so let's take a look at this in more detail.
## Different types of Events
Inside of the hotel not only official events set up by the moderators will be hosted, but the majority of events will be player-hosted events. These gatherings come in all different forms, shapes and sizes: from competitive tournaments set in a player's room, to more curated [mini-game matches](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/mini-games) in the public spaces to [auctions](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/events/nft-auctions), [conferences](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/events/conferences) and more!
When joining specific official events players can earn and win in-game currency (2x) and [badges ](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/badges)for participating. To make sure that player hosted events get the attention they deserve, these events will be highlighted in the [room directory](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/the-lobby) of the hotel. This ensures enough players see the awesome things you're organizing and make sure that you are well compensated for your time (if you set an entrance fee).

The second-hand trading platform of Bit Hotel
Whether you are a trader, investor or gamer the Bit Hotel NFT Marketplace is a place you don't want to miss. With hundreds of NFTs listed and changing hands this part of the eco-system is where a large chunk of value is created. Now let's see how it works shall we?
### First off, here’s what it looks like!
### The step-by-step walkthrough on **how list your Bit Hotel items on the NFT Marketplace**:
**1 — Head to the** [**NFT Marketplace**](http://bithotel.io/#/marketplace) **and connect your wallet.**
Once your wallet is connected, all your NFTs present in your wallet will appear under the “My NFTs” tab. From there you have two options, to list your own NFTs or buy additional ones.
**2 — Buy/sell an NFT:**
In order to buy **new items**, you click on the desired NFT on the "Marketplace" tab, make sure you have enough **$BTH** in your wallet, and then click on **Buy Now.** Very straightforward, but don't forget you need to be connected with your wallet. Not sure how to buy **$BTH?** You can find our step by step guide on how to buy $BTH tokens [here](https://medium.com/@bithotelnftgame/how-to-buy-bit-hotels-token-bth-on-pancakeswap-ec56822eba4a).
To sell your NFTs, go to the ‘My NFTs” tab and select the NFT you want to sell and click on “**Sell your NFT**”. Once clicked, it will open this pop up. Do note that if you listed your NFT on an external marketplace that is not on bithotel.io, then it could happen that your NFT does not show up under the **My NFTs** section as it is already listed elsewhere!
Here you will input your price. To confirm, we ask you to acknowledge that **your NFT will be locked and and sent to the marketplace.** Once confirmed, your NFT will be listed and it will appear as “**For Sale”.** You can withdraw your listed NFT off of the Marketplace any time you like!
Okay, you’ve learned the theory, now time for some practice! So get ready for some NFT trading action and head on over to the [NFT Marketplace](https://bithotel.io/#/marketplace). Note that a 3% transaction fee is incurred on every trade, to pay for the developers who keep the marketplace updated!

# Staking
Support the protocol, get voting rights and a juicy APR on your tokens!
The [staking dashboard](https://staking.bithotel.io/) is, where you will be rewarded for holding our multi-purpose means of trade **$BTH**. Don’t worry, its a piece of cake, we’ll run you through all you need to know below! This includes: NFT staking boosts, time-locks, step-by-step walkthrough to stake and more!
### But first: here’s what it looks like!
Through the time-locking (staking) of your $BTH tokens you support the stability of the protocol and earn a nice interest on your principal of tokens staked. Now there are a lot of different numbers and buttons on the staking dashboard, so let's delve into a few.
**Staking parameters:**
* **Maturity dates (the time you lock your tokens)**:\
two options: 90 days, 180 days.
* **APR (your flat interest rate):**\
9% (90 days), 10.5% (180 days).
* **APY (your compounded interest rate):**\
9.42% (90 days), 11.07% (180 days). Compounded daily.
* **Personal cap:**\
unlimited.
* **Pool cap (the maximum 1 staking pool can have in tokens):**\
Depends on the pool, view the [dashboard](http://staking.bithotel.io/).
* **APR Multipliers if you own a Bit Hotel Room NFT:**\ Common x1.3, Uncommon x1.5, Rare x1.6, Super Rare x1.8, Epic x2.
* **NFT Boost:**\
It is the difference between the boosted APY and the standard APY. The boosted APY is the APR with the multiplier applied, compounded daily.
* **Claim Bounty:**\
This is your chance to compound the stake in all the pools, of all the participants; and earn your $BTH bounty!
## Step-by-step walkthrough on How to Stake Your BTH:
**1 —Head to our** [**staking dashboard**](https://staking.bithotel.io/) **and connect your wallet.**
Once your wallet is connected, you will see an overview of your rewards and the pools in which you have staked.
**2 —Go to “Active pools”**
In the section “ Active pools”, you will find 26 pools, one for every combination of room and maturity.
**3 — Select the right pool**
You will be able to stake in any pool, however, in order to get the boost, you have to stake in the pool that corresponds to the NFT owned in the wallet connected to the dashboard. Don’t worry, the pool will be easy to find as the NFT boost of the corresponding pool will turn **green**. See below.
**4 — Stake**
It goes without saying that, in order to stake, you will need to have $BTH in your wallet. You can find our step by step guide on how to buy $BTH tokens [here](https://medium.com/@bithotelnftgame/how-to-buy-bit-hotels-token-bth-on-pancakeswap-ec56822eba4a).
Once you have $BTH in your wallet, you can easily stake them by clicking on the pool, which will open this pop-up to confirm.
And don’t forget that you need BNB to transact on the Binance Smart Chain!
### Important information
* The deposited amount as well as the rewards can be withdrawn only after the lock end date has expired.
* The NFT boost will only be applied if the NFT is in the wallet at the moment of withdrawal.
* Currently, NFT boosts will only be applied to Bit Hotel rooms!
* You can only stake once per pool (per wallet), so take this into account when adding balance to stake.

# NFT Minting Dashboards
Don't want to buy an asset second-hand? Buy it when a fresh mint is available!
In the Bit Hotel eco-system there are a number places to acquire NFT assets directly, at a fixed price without having to wait for a seller. These we call "minting dashboards" and allow users an interactive experience to browse NFT assets. In total, there are currently two dashboards.
## **Room Sale Dashboard ("The Tower")**
Pick an area of the hotel of your liking and press view floors to get an overview of the available rooms. There are multiple types of [rooms](/bit-hotel/asset-types-nfts/rooms), each with different sizes, perks and rarities.
Make sure you have BNB ready (for gas fees) as well as BTH to purchase the Room. All Rooms are be tradeable on multiple supported marketplaces, this includes Binance NFT as well as the native Bit Hotel marketplace.\
\
More floors will open up with the growth of the community and playerbase. Over 500 rooms are in the hands of holders already, which we want to keep scarce to maintain rarity characteristics. So that not too many people can own an Epic rarity Penthouse, keeping it an Epic possession.
On the left hand side of the dashboard after you select a floor-range you’ll be able to change the floor, filter by room size and rarity or find a specific part of the hotel by filling in the coordinates (if you want a room next to one of your friends, for example). After you purchase a room you can upload a PNG onto the [floorplan ](https://bithotel.io/#/floor-range/5419e0fa-3583-4faa-af3a-31154358b3bf/5)to show its yours, this PNG will show everyone you are the legitimate owner. \
\
Do note that rooms will also be purchaseable from the in-game shop.\

## **The Character Dashboard**
Always wanted to be cruisin' through the hotel in style? Well then you should definitely check-in with the Character dashboard from time to time. With over 2000 different Hotel guest character NFTs in the hands of the community, over 30 different designs and 6 rarities it is clear to see why the Hotel lobby is such a colorful and lively place to hang out in.\

Next to prestige, style and bragging rights characters offer a player a juicy boost on in-game earnings too. With the Epic rarity Hotel guests increasing earnings with double digits (%)! # The Taskboard
Log in daily or you'll miss out! The weekly rewards and lootboxes are bonkers!
To reward the most loyal and competitive players Bit Hotel has a task-board in the lobby that shows players small challenges they can complete for a reward. Both rewards in tickets and $BTH tokens will be made available in the prize-pools. \
\
Make sure to keep up your streak to multiply your earnings on the task-board and don't forget to give the [Shop ](/bit-hotel/features-to-explore/shop)an occasional visit to unload some of those tickets you've acquired. \
\
Reason for the taskboard's existence is to make sure players check out new features from time to time by being incentivized to not lose their streak. This also helps filling up multiplayer lobbies to create quick matchmaking queues by rewarding players on the taskboard to particpate!

# Badges
Bit Hotel's version of POAPs and soul-bound tokens
Loyal and adventurous players will join events, mini-games, tournaments and more. From time to time there are limited-time experiences around the hotel that allow the participating players to try something new! And as a reward for joining, Bit Hotel will enable you to claim a badge.
Badges are non-transferable signs of experience in the Bit Hotel. They indicate you were there when it happened and will make new players jealous and excited to talk with you. When you have collected a large number of badges you will start to earn custom rewards and be welcomed to the more prestigious parts of the hotel. More information on new badges soon.

# Commercial Real Estate
The place for organizations to set up shop in the Metaverse.
In Bit Hotel there are a number of business floors that allow organizations, communities and protocols to set up a room with commercial goals. Next to residential floors of the hotel, the avid entrepreneur can also partake in business ventures through these real estate assets. Whether you open a restaurant or bar, or opt for something larger such as conference halls or a club the in-game purchases will net a great return to the metaverse-native investor that follows his entrepreneurial sprits. How this works, we delve into below.
## Large Rooms
The largest residential assets of the Bit Hotel, currently penthouses and suites, will have the option to place a store-front into your room to allow for purchases of in-game assets when you as a player are offline. Meaning people can enter your room interact with your store-front (can be run by an NPC) and can purchase items you have listed without you having to be there in-person.
Over time there will be more furniture assets added that can be combined and expanded to allow for custom builds that will enable store-front owners to sell unique 1 of 1 items and become a monopoly.
## Bit Hotel Business Floors
On the higher-end of the spectrum in commercial Bit Hotel Real Estate are full business floor, consistent of 80-150+ rooms. Whether you’re an investor, collector or guild-leader, acquiring a chunk of the Bit Hotel brings a myriad of opportunities. As a floor-owner you can sublet, loan, rent-out, commercialize and or sell thousands of tiles of the Hotel. Contact us for availability, community channels below.
## Hotel Conference Rooms
In order to incentivize existing communities to set gatherings and meet up in the Bit Hotel metaverse there will be custom pieces of floors available.
